To Celebrate And Raise Awareness of Tradies National Health Month, Any Local Tradesmen From The Area Will Be Able To Book Online For Their FREE Initial Physio Assessment

Alexandria Physio and Pilates is calling on tradies to take care of their health and to better manage their work, life and safety habits as part of Tradies National Health Month in August.

Tradies have among the highest number of injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and other health and safety risks of any profession in Australia.

Eighty per cent of all injured workers in Australia are tradies and labourers, so it's clear that tradies need health, safety and well-being initiatives.

Take Back Your Health Today Tradies!

Don’t ignore the pain. Seeking help now can protect your future health, wellbeing and livelihood.
