Marion Mohl

Senior Yoga Instructor

Marion’s yoga journey started in 2009 healing herself from a chronic headache. Starting off with attending classes in her local gym she immediately fell in love with the calming and connecting benefits the Yoga practice has to offer.

Marion is passionate about sharing the healing and therapeutic qualities of yoga resulting in quitting her job as a scientist and becoming a full-time yoga teacher. Besides Yoga her passions are animals and health resulting in cuddling every animal that comes her way and talking about whole food plant based diet and life in general whilst hanging out with friends.

Her yoga flow class is physically challenging and you may drop a tear of joy - some call it sweat … eeekkk - whilst cracking a smile and making sure there is enough quiet and introspective time leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after class. Her Yin classes are introspective giving you time and space to let go of all the business and stresses of everyday life to create a sanctuary on your mat.

Finding cheerful effort, steadiness and ease, Yang and Yin in a challenging pose is similar to challenging situations arising in life which allows you to take your yoga from the mat off the mat into your modern life to find stillness in the mind and inner peace in amongst the chaos.

Marion combines the physical postures and the spiritual aspects of the practice leaving you feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
